Staff and location are very good here, had a comfortable stay at stunning historical property in the heart of historic Sarajevo. It is set in a very nice area, next to a mosque and main street.

I would definitely return here, appreciated perfect stay. Appealing hotel, fabulous rooms, staff is affable. A private safe, flat-screen TV and a seating area in the room and the extremely comfy bed.

Everything was really good, it had great staff and location. My room included a safe box, TV set and coffee/tea making equipment. The shuttle to museums was a great perk and breakfast was included❤

Optimal location, good breakfast, the staff were happy to help. I had a luxurious room, loved the good bed. Early check in and in general attentive service. Also, an ottoman-era stone bridge was a stone' s throw away...

The location was peaceful, the breakfast was varied and staff were happy to help. The rooms were decent size and newly decorated, with a bath. Personalised service and an outdoor restaurant, available onsite. I really enjoyed to spend time in the superb main bar.

Top location to a pale-stone triple-arched bridge. Perfect service with hot cooking. The venue provided free tea in the reception. Could use their secure parking. Had a VERY COMFORTABLE time.

Worth its 4 stars. A huge variety of meals for breakfast, including meats and breads. Their driver was GOAT! The suite is good sized, with a heating system, a TV set with satellite channels and a clothes rack;)))
